ACM was contracted to replace the (2) existing rear sliding patio doors, as well as the rear 2nd floor gliding windows. We suggested to the customer to go with the casement option for the units upstairs in order to allow more light into the space, as well as provide much better ventilation. We kept the contemporary style sliding patio doors, but the Homeowner opted for Black exteriors. ACM furnished and installed matching Ebony/Black aluminum coil stock to finish the new door and windows to the brick on the exterior. The wood rot under the doors here was extensive, but we were able to clean everything up nice, install new pressure treated lumber to place the doors on, as well as install proper flashing and sill panning to prevent any damage or water infiltration in the future. Project turned out nice and customers are very happy, which is always the goal!
