Expert Windows Project Near You on Oella Ave
Maryland State Historic Tax Credit approved window replacement project. Windows had to be all wood units that exactly replicated the original/existing units in place. This included no exterior screens, True/Authentic divided light (individual) window panes and no storms, with the same exterior trim. These windows were configured with 1/4" tempered glass for each individual pane, along with a Marvin energy panel affixed to the exterior glass/window area of each sash for increased efficiency and noise reduction since the Historic Credit required individual/single panes versus double paned IG glass.
